5. Shipping and Delivery
TheSneakery is based in Kerala, India. We ship products across India using trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Delivery, and other logistics services depending on the delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
Kerala: 2–4 working days
Other states in India: 5–7 working days
All products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can track your shipment until delivery.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on courier service, location, or unforeseen delays.
6. Returns and Replacements
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Wrong size delivered
Product received damaged
To request a return, a clear unboxing video starting before opening the package is required.
If the correct size ordered is delivered but it does not fit, it is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
We currently provide replacements only and do not offer refunds.
