At TheSneakery, we aim to deliver your sneakers as quickly as possible after your order is placed. Orders are processed immediately and shipped at the earliest to ensure fast delivery.
Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, your product will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always try to deliver quickly and safely.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
If you receive a wrong size
If you receive the wrong product
If the product arrives damaged
To request a return, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
Important Requirements
The unboxing video must start before opening the package.
The entire unboxing process must be clearly visible in one continuous video.
The video must clearly show the issue with the product (wrong size, wrong item, or damage).
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process return requests.
Replacement Process
If your return request is approved:
We will arrange the return of the product.
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a new replacement product.
We currently do not offer refunds, only product replacements.

Be unused
Be in original packaging
Include all tags and accessories
