Order Processing
Once you place an order, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

The courier partner is selected based on the fastest and safest delivery available in your area.
Delivery Time
Since TheSneakery is based in Kerala, estimated delivery time is:
Kerala: 2–4 working days
Rest of India: 5–7 working days
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on courier service, location, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can track your package until delivery.
Safe Packaging
All products are securely packed to ensure they reach you safely and in good condition.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
For COD orders:
A ₹200 prepaid charge is required to confirm the order.
The remaining shoe price can be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
The ₹200 prepaid amount is a COD confirmation charge and is non-refundable.
